    Indoor is perfect for homes, salons and events. Choose outdoor (+$50) for patios and storefronts.

How long will it take to get here?

Your sign is made in 3–5 business days, then ships in 7–10 business days. Your tracking number comes by email as soon as it ships.

Can I return it?

Every sign is made just for you, so all sales are final if you change your mind. You can cancel before your design or mockup is approved.

What if it arrives damaged?

Email us photos within 7 days of delivery. We look into it and send you a replacement.

What does the warranty cover?

12 months on the LED lights, wiring, power adapter and dimmer. It covers defects, not accidents. Cords are not covered.

Can I change the words, colors or font?

Yes. Use our sign designer, or ask for a quote and we email you a free mockup in 24–48 hours. No famous brand or sports team logos unless it is your own business.

Does it get hot or use a lot of power?

No. LED neon stays low-heat and uses much less power than old glass neon.
