Shipping policy

All Versatile S & R orders are made to order. We do not rush production as your neon light sign is important to us. We will always do our best to ensure the fastest possible production and delivery. Updates on packages will be given as soon as available. Once payment is made, allow 3-5 business days for production and 7-10 business days for shipping. A tracking number and picture of your neon light sign will be emailed once the sign is completed.

Please be aware that many shipping carriers are experiencing delays due to COVID-19, and regardless of the shipping service we use, they may be subject to some delays out of our hands.

 

Versatile S & R does all orders first come first served.
