Versatile S & R does not accept cancellations or returns after
payment is made, as we use a 3rd party fulfillment provider. Therefore,
unwanted or incorrect orders cannot be canceled. All sales are final once
placed through the site.

For neon signs we use high quality 10 PVC acrylic sheet for back types, it is classified as fragile and should be handled with care. We implement a dedicated effort, ensuring the safe delivery of our neon signs.

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@versatilesandr.com and include both a video and photo for diagnosis within 7 days.

To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of
Purchase.

If return claim if accepted a new product will be sent immediately.
