What kind of logo file should I send?
Any clear logo works to start. A PDF, AI or EPS file is best, and a large PNG is fine too. If your file needs work, we will tell you.
Can you make any logo?
We make your own business logo. We do not make famous brand or sports team logos unless you own that business, and we can say no to a design.
How long does it take?
Your free mockup comes in 24-48 hours. After you approve it: neon signs take 3-5 business days to make and 7-10 to ship. Printed rugs take 2-3 weeks and hand-tufted rugs 3-4 weeks, plus 7-12 business days to ship. Wall art takes 2-5 business days plus 3-8 to ship.
What if I don't love the mockup?
Ask for changes until it's right. Nothing is made until you approve the final design.
Do you install?
If you are a local business, ask us about installation. Everywhere else, your pieces arrive ready to hang or lay down.
I have more than one location. Can you do all of them?
Yes. Tell us how many locations on the quote form and we will include every one in your quote.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Neon signs and neon mirrors come with a 12-month warranty against defects.
