Please keep in mind that ongoing challenges related to COVID-19 have resulted in shipping delays for many carriers. Regardless of the selected shipping service, these delays may be beyond our control. However, please rest assured that we are committed to delivering your order as swiftly as possible.
Following payment, please allocate 3-5 business days for production and an additional 7-10 business days for shipping.
Once your neon sign is ready, we will promptly email you a tracking number and a picture of your sign.
Our neon signs are pre-mounted on an acrylic panel for easy portability. These signs are equipped with a standard mains plug, allowing simple connection to any available power outlet. You can typically install these signs by mounting them on the wall or using optional chain accessories provided by us.
However, for neon signs intended for permanent outdoor use or certain larger indoor neon signs, specialized installation may be advisable.

Our neon signs stand out from traditional glass neon signs as they are exclusively crafted from advanced LED flex. LED flex incorporates materials like PVC and acrylic, ensuring exceptional durability and long-lasting performance. Each light is securely encased in flexible rubber tubing and efficiently powered by LED technology.
What sets our LED flex products apart is their affordability, cost-effectiveness, and enhanced safety compared to traditional glass neon signs. Not only are they safer, but they also provide a visually dazzling effect that surpasses the appeal of traditional glass neon signs.
All of our signs connect directly into a standard power socket (with a plug that’s specific to the country you’re shipping to) and a 12V transformer.

Customers can pick from two different 5mm Acrylic board Shapes. Cut to shape (Neon sign would be cut to the shape of the design) OR Cut to square (Neon sign would be cut to a square). Add On - your sign can have a different background colors (Gold, Black or silver). ($50 additional cost)
Our standard sizes are 20 inches, 24 inches, 30 inches, 35 inches, 40 inches, 50 inches, and 60 inches signs.These sizes are based on the horizontal dimensions of the sign. Customized images or logo neon light sizes may vary.
It is important to know, the more detailed the image or logo, the higher the cost will be.

For certain signs, they will need to be cut into two pieces for shipment purposes, this is to avoid any damage during transport. This won't affect the overall appearance of your LED neon sign; when a sign needs to be cut in two we will contact you with more information on setup.
Yes, Versatile S & R is able to make custom logos, icons and images. We can recreate most logos and designs. Please fill out an inquiry form and a representative will contact you about your customizable neon light sign. Once mock-ups are approved, no changes can be made. It is very important to send clear instructions and pictures if applicable when it comes to your logo.

Yes, we offer waterproof versions of our LED Neon Signs designed for outdoor events and permanent installations. When placing a custom order inquiry or selecting a sign from our custom product page, please be sure to specify your intended application so we can cater to your exact outdoor requirements.
*Please note that the neon sign tubes will be waterproof, not the 12v transformer. It’s highly advised that all cords be covered against the outdoor element.
We offer a 12 month guarantee on materials and workmanship on all of our neon signs. However, this does not extend to any damage that may occur as a result of drops or damage to your sign while the sign is in your possession. If your neon sign goes out, contact us at info@versatilesandr.com.

Versatile S & R does not accept cancellations or returns after
payment is made, as we use a 3rd party fulfillment provider. Therefore,
unwanted or incorrect orders cannot be canceled. All sales are final once
placed through the site.
We use high quality 10 PVC acrylic sheet for back types, it is classified as fragile and should be handled with care. We implement a dedicated effort, ensuring the safe delivery of our neon signs.

Versatile S&R offers two complimentary mock-ups. It is HIGHLY ADVISED that customers are ready to make a purchase when requesting a mock-up. Additional edits after complimentary mock-ups are $25 each round. Once approved, no additional changes can be made, no exceptions.

Please also be aware that many shipping carriers have been experiencing delays since COVID-19, and regardless of the shipping service we use, they may be subject to some delays out of our hands. We will always do our best to ensure the fastest possible production and delivery.
Updates on packages will be given. Once payment is made, allow 14 business days for production and 14 business days for shipping.
Customized rugs production process are longer than our neon signs based on the details required to ensure top quality. Please note that during certain times throughout the year, shipping arrival may vary.

Our LED neon signs are built to last with a minimum lifespan of 30,000 hours. To put this in perspective, that's around 10 years of usage if you run the neon sign for 10 hours daily. Notably, this lifespan surpasses traditional gas neon signs by nearly three times.*
In the rare instance of any issues, it's often related to the transformer. However, rest assured that these transformers are replaceable components, and we can provide replacements as needed, even if it falls outside of the warranty period.
For certain signs, they will need to be cut into two pieces for shipment purposes, this is to avoid any damage during transport. In some cases signs larger than 60 inches, a neon sign will be made into three pieces. This won't affect the overall appearance of your LED neon sign; when a sign needs to be cut in multiple pieces, we will contact you with more information on setup.
Powering our neon signs is a straightforward process. Each sign is designed to connect directly to a standard power socket, with an included plug suitable for your specific shipping country. Additionally, our neon signs come equipped with a 12V transformer to ensure safe and efficient operation.
Please note, for electrical safety reasons, it is highly advisable not to keep the sign continuously powered on at all times.

Separate from our available neon light signs generator which only allows one color, we have two different color options that allow you to have multiple colors for your custom neon sign.
Here's the distinction between the two color options:
Standard Multiple-Color Neon Sign: This option represents the specific colors you can choose for neon sign. You can choose from our color palette and can be designated per letter. These colors will be set and cannot be changed with a remote. (Show picture)
Rainbow/Multi-Color Neon Sign: With this selection, you have the freedom to alter the color of your neon sign as you wish. This option includes a convenient remote control that empowers you to switch between a wide array of hues from our popular color spectrum, including Red, Hot Pink, Deep Blue, Ice Blue, Purple, Green, Warm White, Cold White, and Orange. In addition, it offers multiple dynamic modes for added visual appeal.
Your order will include a remote control that makes it easy for you to manage these color variations, enabling you to craft mesmerizing visual effects.
