Hand-tufted rugs have thick, raised yarn you can feel (3–4 weeks to make). Printed rugs are flat, great for photos and tiny details, and faster (2–3 weeks).

Good to know before you buy
How long will my rug take?
Hand-tufted rugs take 3–4 weeks to make. Printed rugs take 2–3 weeks. Then shipping takes 7–12 business days.
Can I return it?
Every rug is made just for you, so all sales are final if you change your mind. You can cancel before your design or mockup is approved.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email us photos within 7 days of delivery. We look into it and send you a replacement.
Will it slip on my floor?
It depends on the backing. Cotton backing (our most popular) is soft and made for decor, like bedrooms, living rooms and hanging on the wall. Rubber backing has an anti-slip grip, made for doormats, entryways and busy floors. Not sure? Our rug size guide shows both.
How do I clean it?
Vacuum gently on low. Spot clean spills with cold water and mild soap. Do not machine wash.
Can I hang it on a wall?
Yes. Many customers hang their rug as wall art.
Can I get my own words or logo?
Yes. Ask for a quote and we email you a free mockup in 24–48 hours. No famous brand or sports team logos unless it is your own business.
